  1. Develop and maintain automated tests and test frameworks for various software applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide testing recommendations.
  3. Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
  4. Identify and report software defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  5. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and QA.
  7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  8. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
  9. Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and results.
  10. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
  11. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  12. Identify opportunities for automation and implement test automation strategies.
  13. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  14. Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality software products.
  15. Take ownership and accountability for the quality of software products.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development And Qa Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Qa Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of The Entire Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Automation Tools And Frameworks: The Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Various Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Cucumber, And Jenkins.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: A Strong Command Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Sql Is Essential For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Maintaining Automated Test Scripts.

  • Familiarity With Agile Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Be Able To Work In An Agile Environment, Collaborating Closely With Developers, Business Analysts, And Project Managers.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Ability To Analyze Complex Systems And Identify Potential Issues, As Well As Develop And Implement Effective Solutions. Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
