- Develop and implement automation test strategies and plans for software systems to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Design, create, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Execute and analyze automated test results, identify issues, and communicate them to the development team.
- Work closely with the development team to understand software requirements and provide input on testability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor and train junior QA engineers on automation testing best practices.
- Continuously improve and optimize automation testing processes and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation testing techniques.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Identify and escalate any risks or issues that may impact the quality of the software.
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on testing progress and results.
- Perform manual testing as needed, in addition to automation testing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Testing.
Strong Expertise In Automated Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Appium, And Jmeter.
Experience With Agile Methodologies And Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze Complex Systems.
