Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for information security and a focus on proactive cyber threat intelligence analysis. The Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for providing the organization with the most up-to-date assessments of cyber threats, emerging trends and best practices for mitigating risk. In addition, this role requires understanding of cyber intelligence and threat landscape with the ability to apply the knowledge to the organization's risk and security posture.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in cyber threat intelligence. Additionally, experience in intelligence analysis, data mining, network analysis, and malware analysis is desired. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, assess, and interpret cyber threat intelligence data to identify emerging trends and risks.
2. Develop and recommend best practices for mitigating cyber risks and threats.
3. Utilize data mining, network analysis, and malware analysis techniques to identify and track cyber threats.
4. Keep up-to-date on the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and trends.
5. Generate reports to summarize cyber threat intelligence findings.
6. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure cyber threat intelligence is effectively communicated and understood.
7. Provide recommendations for identifying and mitigating potential risks.
8. Assist in developing security policies and procedures to protect the organization's systems and data.
9. Monitor network and system activity for potential threats and anomalies.
10. Monitor industry news and other sources for cyber threat intelligence.
