  1. Act as a Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance in agile methodologies.
  2. Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  3. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  4. Conduct requirement gathering and analysis to identify project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  5. Define and prioritize user stories and product backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.
  6. Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may impact delivery.
  8. Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize the agile process, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  10. Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and methodologies.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including management and clients.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in agile methodologies and requirements engineering.
  13. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Requirements Engineers to drive consistency and standardization across projects.
  14. Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In The Agile Methodology, Particularly In Scrum Framework.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Software Development Projects Using Scrum.

  • Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Requirements Engineering Techniques And Tools, Such As User Stories, Use Cases, And Requirements Traceability.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Scrum Master Or Requirements Engineer Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
