Scrum Master

Manage IT projects from the start to successful implementation in an Agile development environment. Drive Scrum Team (Including IT team and Product Owners) in an Agile development process. Acts as an Agile Team Coach, promoting the Agile principles, empowering our team to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential. Guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices, and develops their understanding of Agile principles. Plan and drive Agile Ceremonies such as backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Conduct sprint reviews and retrospective etc. Work with product owner and product analyst to maintain the backlog and make sure that stories are well defined, written, and estimated. Own sprint metrics, calculate and present burndown charts, develop trending and tracking models for metrics. Represent scrum team in scrum of scrums and provide updates and presentation on product features and timelines.
