Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding SAP Concur Technical Specialist to join UBS's innovative team. As the SAP Concur Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP Concur solutions. You will play a key role in driving the success of our Concur solutions and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the SAP Concur product suite, in-depth knowledge of Concur's integration capabilities, and a great attention to detail. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, a passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical expertise for the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Concur solutions.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of support and service.
  3. Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Concur and other systems.
  4. Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in order to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot existing solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Create technical documentation and user guides.
  7. Monitor performance metrics and resolve any issues.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
  9. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  10. Provide training and support to end-users.
