Responsibilities: • Monitor and assess global sanctions laws and regulations to ensure compliance • Analyze and interpret sanctions laws and regulations to identify any potential risks • Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure compliance with sanctions laws and regulations • Conduct research and investigations on sanctioned individuals or entities • Develop and maintain sanctions-related reports and records • Provide guidance to other teams on sanctions compliance matters • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed to ensure compliance • Monitor and report potential violations of sanctions laws and regulations • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to sanctions compliance • Stay up to date on changes in sanctions laws and regulations and communicate to internal stakeholders as needed.
