In this role, you will be responsible for handling the closure of rental deposit accounts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Manage the closure process of rental deposit accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for account closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account closure activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to account closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all documentation and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements related to rental deposit accounts.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Relevant Education Or Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Real Estate Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial And Accounting Principles, Specifically In Regards To Rental Agreements And Security Deposits.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact With Clients And Colleagues At All Levels.
Proficiency In Relevant Computer Software And Systems, Such As Microsoft Excel And Banking Software, To Accurately Manage And Analyze Data.
