  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies for corporate banking operations in line with company policies and regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze potential risks and exposures in corporate banking activities and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams, to identify and address potential risks.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in risk management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Communicate risk management policies and procedures to internal teams and external clients to ensure understanding and compliance.
  7. Provide support and guidance to internal teams in identifying and managing risks in their respective areas.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, highlighting potential risks and recommendations for risk mitigation.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management practices.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk management activities and ensure proper documentation.
  12. Act as a key point of contact for clients in addressing their risk management concerns and inquiries.
  13. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to senior management for timely and effective resolution.
  14. Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the organization through training and education initiatives.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Products, And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Risk Management Or Corporate Banking.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify And Assess Risk Factors.

  • Proficiency In Risk Management Software And Tools, Such As Bloomberg And Moody's Analytics.
