5. Prepare reports and presentations to present to stakeholders.
6. Assist in the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
7. Evaluate job positions to determine appropriate compensation and benefits.
8. Address employee inquiries and complaints regarding reward programs.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all reward programs.
10. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on reward program initiatives.
