- Analyze industry trends to create competitive reward plans.
- Prepare reports and presentations to present to stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
- Evaluate job positions to determine appropriate compensation and benefits.
- Address employee inquiries and complaints regarding reward programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all reward programs.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on reward program initiatives.
