Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Requirements Engineering Or Business Analysis In The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Project Management Principles.
Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr And Mifid Ii.
