- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines at both the national and international level.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to effectively mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and their impact on the business, and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, while considering all applicable regulations and potential risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance or risk issues and develop action plans to address them.
- Maintain and update internal policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory standards.
- Communicate with external regulatory bodies and act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies.
- Train and educate employees on regulatory requirements and risk management best practices.
- Conduct internal investigations and provide guidance on ethical and compliance issues.
- Analyze and assess the impact of new products or business initiatives on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategies for regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of regulatory compliance and risk management efforts.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk management within the company by promoting ethical standards and accountability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to regulatory compliance and risk management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Regulatory, Risk, Or Product Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Risk Management Principles, Particularly In The Banking Industry.
Proven Experience In Product Development And Management, With A Track Record Of Successful Product Launches.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Compliance Issues.
