At UBS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Reward Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of regulatory knowledge, analytical acumen, and attention to detail.This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures for UBS's global reward programs. The Regulatory Reward Specialist will ensure the compliance of UBS's compensation practices with applicable regulations in all countries in which the company operates.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. An advanced degree and/or professional certification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate must also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of global compensation policies and procedures for UBS's reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in all countries in which UBS operates.
- Provide guidance on regulatory changes and ensure that compensation practices remain compliant.
- Monitor and analyze UBS's compensation practices and recommend changes as needed.
- Analyze and report on compensation trends and assist in the development of strategies to address any issues.
- Develop and implement training materials for UBS staff on global compensation practices.
- Research and analyze international labor laws and recommend modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with UBS's Human Resources teams to ensure that compensation policies are in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation practices and programs to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and trends in global reward programs.
