  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and their impact on the company's operations.
  2. Review and analyze company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, acting as a point of contact for any inquiries or requests.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.
  5. Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports in accordance with established deadlines.
  6. Conduct internal audits to identify any potential compliance issues and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training for employees.
  8. Monitor and track regulatory changes and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve regulatory compliance processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all regulatory documentation and correspondence.
  12. Identify and escalate any potential compliance risks to senior management.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and provide guidance to other departments as needed.
  14. Collaborate with external legal and compliance advisors as necessary.
  15. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Regulatory Relations Or Compliance Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Financial Regulations And Laws, Such As Dodd-Frank Act And Basel Iii.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Regulators And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Regulatory Requirements And Provide Recommendations For Compliance.
