Recruit Transition Analyst

1. Develop and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure a smooth transition for all new and departing personnel.
2. Coordinate and execute all onboarding and offboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
3. Establish effective communication between new and departing employees and the Human Resources team.
4. Ensure all onboarding and offboarding paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Track and analyze onboarding and offboarding data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
6. Develop training materials related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
7. Provide advice and guidance to new and departing employees on onboarding and offboarding procedures.
8. Maintain and update employee records in the company’s HR database.
9. Handle confidential information with discretion.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
