
Recruit Transition Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Recruit Transition Analyst to join our Human Resources team at UBS. As a crucial part of our team, you will coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all personnel. To be successful in this role, applicants must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure a smooth transition for all new and departing personnel.
- Coordinate and execute all onboarding and offboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Establish effective communication between new and departing employees and the Human Resources team.
- Ensure all onboarding and offboarding paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Track and analyze onboarding and offboarding data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Develop training materials related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide advice and guidance to new and departing employees on onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records in the company’s HR database.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
