1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the "Plan my Wealth" initiative, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of UBS.
2. Lead the development and launch of new wealth planning services, including conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and working with cross-functional teams to bring the product to market.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure the success of the initiative, including sales, marketing, technology, and operations teams.
4. Oversee the budget and resource allocation for the initiative, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently to meet project timelines and goals.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve and enhance the "Plan my Wealth" initiative.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, keeping them informed of the progress and benefits of the initiative.
7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the initiative, including key metrics and outcomes.
8. Act as a subject matter expert on wealth planning services and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and innovations.
9. Mentor and guide junior team members in product management best practices, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
10. Represent UBS and the "Plan my Wealth" initiative at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote the brand and gain insights on market trends and customer needs.
