1. Develop and manage the product roadmap for UBS’s banking and lending products and services.
2. Work with the front-end development team to design, build, and launch products.
3. Strategize and develop marketing plans to help drive customer adoption and usage of products.
4. Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to inform product strategy and decisions.
5. Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product launches.
7. Monitor product performance and make adjustments to optimize customer experience.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and other third-party organizations.
