Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law In The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Private Funds.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Management And Securities Laws, Regulations, And Industry Trends.
Experience Drafting And Negotiating Private Fund Documents, Including Limited Partnership Agreements, Subscription Agreements, And Offering Memorandums.
