• Process and reconcile various types of payments, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and check deposits, in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor and analyze daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment processing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to payment processing and stay updated on any changes or updates
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and work with team members to implement solutions
• Assist with the implementation of new payment systems or technologies
• Prepare and distribute reports on payment and cash management activities to management and other stakeholders
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns related to payments or cash management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all payment and cash management operations
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team capabilities and stay current on industry developments.
