  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  2. Conduct KYC checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in internal systems.
  4. Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and information for KYC processes.
  5. Collaborate with various teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in client information.
  6. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members on KYC processes and regulations.
  8. Monitor and report on the progress of client onboarding and KYC processes.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in onboarding and KYC processes and suggest solutions.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  12. Assist in training new team members on onboarding and KYC processes.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of new onboarding and KYC procedures.
  14. Attend meetings and conferences to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Kyc Regulations And Requirements: A Specialist In The Onboarding & Kyc Competence Centre Should Possess A Thorough Knowledge Of Kyc Regulations And Requirements, Including Aml, Ctf, And Sanctions Screening.

  • Experience In Customer Onboarding And Kyc Processes: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Customer Onboarding And Kyc Processes, Ideally Within The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Proficient In Kyc Systems And Tools: The Role Requires Proficiency In Kyc Systems And Tools, Such As World-Check, Fircosoft, Or Dow Jones Risk & Compliance. Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Is Also Beneficial.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Specialist Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Related To Kyc And Customer Onboarding Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Front Office Teams, And Compliance Personnel. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Effective Collaboration And Relationship Management.
