As an Onboarding & KYC Case Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients and managing their Know Your Customer (KYC) cases.   1. Conduct thorough and accurate KYC reviews for new clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  2. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting necessary documentation and information.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather required information and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  4. Ensure all client information and documentation is accurately recorded and maintained in internal systems.
  5. Continuously review and improve onboarding and KYC processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to KYC and client onboarding.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
  8. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to client onboarding and KYC.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the onboarding process.
  10. Train and mentor new team members on onboarding and KYC processes and best practices.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to data privacy policies.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Kyc Regulations And Procedures: As An Onboarding & Kyc Case Specialist, It Is Essential To Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Relevant Kyc Regulations And Guidelines, Including Aml (Anti-Money Laundering) And Cdd (Customer Due Diligence) Processes.

  • Experience In Client Onboarding And Kyc Processes: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In Client Onboarding And Kyc Procedures, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Account Opening, Document Verification, And Risk Assessment.

  • Attention To Detail: The Role Of An Onboarding & Kyc Case Specialist Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As They Will Be Responsible For Reviewing And Verifying Client Information And Documentation To Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Internal Policies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Onboarding & Kyc Case Specialist Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify And Resolve Any Issues Or Discrepancies In Client Information And Documentation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Internal Stakeholders, Such As Relationship Managers And Compliance Officers, As Well As External Clients. Therefore, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial To Effectively Manage Relationships And Ensure A Smooth Onboarding Process For Clients.
