- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the growth and brand presence of UBS in the institutional market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences and create targeted messaging and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print and digital content, to effectively communicate UBS's value proposition.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry associations, and media outlets.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for the Institutional Markets and Investment Banking division.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and brand building through speaking engagements, conferences, and other industry events.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador for UBS, upholding the company's values and promoting a positive brand image.
- Support the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of UBS's products and services and effectively communicate their value to the institutional market.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Related Field: A Marketing Manager At Ubs Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. This Will Provide Them With A Solid Foundation In Marketing Principles And Strategies That Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Experience In Institutional Markets And Investment Banking: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Within The Institutional Markets And Investment Banking Sector. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Opportunities Within This Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Execution: The Marketing Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Marketing Execution Strategies And Tactics, Including Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, And Content Marketing. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Develop And Implement Marketing Campaigns That Drive Results.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Marketing Manager, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Both Internal And External Stakeholders Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
