Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to financial services law and securities litigation.
2. Draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
3. Analyze and interpret legal documents, regulations, and statutes.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings and arbitrations.
5. Prepare and file court documents and other legal documents.
6. Negotiate settlements in complex litigation matters.
7. Research legal issues and develop strategies to address them.
8. Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and changes in legislation.
9. Assist in the preparation of legal documents for internal and external clients.
10. Collaborate with other teams within UBS in order to provide comprehensive legal services.
