Litigation Attorney

At UBS, we are looking for a highly-skilled and passionate Litigation Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate with other lawyers and legal team members to represent the company in litigation and other legal proceedings. In addition to having excellent legal knowledge and judgment, you will need to be able to handle multiple cases at once and maintain a professional attitude in all interactions.The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to practice law in one or more states, and have at least five years of related experience. Responsibilities:

1. Research relevant laws and regulations in order to represent the company’s interests in all legal proceedings.
2. Prepare legal documents for court cases and other proceedings.
3. Analyze complex legal issues and interpret relevant laws.
4. Prepare legal strategies to ensure the best outcome for the company.
5. Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
6. Represent the company in court proceedings and other legal matters.
7. Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
8. Advise the company on legal matters and provide sound legal advice.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other legal professionals.
10. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
