- Conduct daily market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities in US interest rate products.
- Execute trades in accordance with established risk parameters and guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and news to stay informed of potential market movements.
- Collaborate with senior traders to develop and implement trading strategies.
- Maintain accurate trade records and report daily profits and losses.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide market updates and discuss trade strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Continuously develop and expand knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new team members.
- Contribute to the overall success of the US Rates Desk team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and insights.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Understanding Of Financial Markets, Specifically In Us Rates And Inflation Products.
Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Market Data And Make Informed Trading Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities, As The Junior Inflation Trader Will Work Closely With Senior Traders And Other Teams Within The Bank.
Previous Experience In A Trading Or Financial Role, Preferably With Exposure To Fixed Income Products And Interest Rate Derivatives.
