- Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential investment opportunities in the private equity and alternative investment space.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute creative and strategic solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial models and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments, including conducting company valuations, analyzing financial statements, and reviewing legal documents.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure all aspects of transactions are compliant with regulations and guidelines.
- Actively participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on investment strategies and opportunities.
