- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the financial institutions sector, including market trends, company financials, and industry developments
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop and execute strategic financial solutions for clients in the FIG sector
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials
- Build and maintain financial models to support deal structures and valuations
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather relevant information and provide updates on deal progress
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing UBS in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the growth and development of the FIG team through networking, business development, and mentorship of junior team members
- Continuously monitor and analyze market conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for clients and the firm
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when dealing with sensitive client information.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, Preferably With Focus On Financial Institutions Group (Fig).
Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling, Valuation Techniques, And Capital Markets.
Excellent Analytical And Quantitative Skills, With Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Informed Recommendations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Transactions, With Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Under Tight Deadlines.
