- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute strategic plans for clients.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Prepare financial models and perform financial analysis to support transactions and client recommendations.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, Preferably With A Focus On Mergers And Acquisitions.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
A Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Deals In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.
