  1. Greet and welcome interns to the UBS Asset Management Team.
  2. Educate interns about the history and services of UBS as a global financial institution.
  3. Guide and support interns throughout their internship experience.
  4. Facilitate hands-on learning opportunities for interns to gain experience in asset management.
  5. Collaborate with industry experts to provide interns with a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry.
  6. Assign meaningful projects to interns and provide guidance and feedback throughout the process.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for interns to develop their skills and thrive.
  8. Encourage and motivate interns to be driven and analytical in their work.
  9. Facilitate communication and teamwork among interns and other members of the UBS team.
  10. Evaluate intern performance and provide recommendations for their future career development.
  11. Cultivate a passion for finance and instill a strong work ethic in interns.
  12. Support the UBS mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  13. Represent UBS in a professional and positive manner at all times.
