The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing solutions. You should have a strong technical background, with knowledge of authentication protocols, access control systems, identity management systems, and business process automation tools. Experience with SaaS applications and cloud-based IAM solutions is beneficial. Additionally, it is important that you have a good understanding of IT security, risk management, and compliance. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Identity & Access Management systems for the UBS financial services company.
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure secure infrastructure and data.
- Implement Identity & Access Management solutions with a proven track record.
