- Develop and implement technology solutions to support HR processes and improve the employee experience.
- Utilize Pega platform to design, develop and maintain frontend applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the technology solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology to continuously improve and optimize processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and usability of the technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely updates on project progress to the team and stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Pega and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance the HR technology landscape.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate new technologies and tools into the existing HR infrastructure.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the functionality and usage of the technology solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Pega Development, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience.
Strong Understanding Of Front-End Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Angularjs.
Experience With Agile Methodology And Working In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
