- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive philanthropic and social impact efforts in the United States.
- Oversee the execution of all US-based social impact and philanthropic programs, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of program managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the impact of our programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, using data and feedback to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for the company's philanthropic and social impact efforts, speaking at events and engaging with media as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in philanthropy and social impact, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our programs.
- Represent the company's values and mission in all interactions and decisions, inspiring others to make a positive impact in the world.
Extensive Experience In Program Management And Philanthropy: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing Successful Programs In The Social Impact And Philanthropy Sector. This Experience Should Include Developing Strategy, Managing Budgets, And Measuring Impact.
Strong Understanding Of Us Social And Philanthropic Landscape: The Head Of Us Programs, Social Impact & Philanthropy Will Be Responsible For Driving Ubs's Philanthropic Efforts In The Us. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Social And Philanthropic Landscape In The Country, Including Key Issues, Trends, And Stakeholders.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Program Managers And Collaborate With Other Teams Within Ubs. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Building And Leading High-Performing Teams And Fostering A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Culture.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Innovative Programs: The Head Of Us Programs, Social Impact & Philanthropy Will Be Expected To Drive Innovation And Bring New Ideas To The Table. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful And Innovative Programs That Have Made A Significant Impact In The Social Impact And Philanthropy Space.
