  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to drive business growth and efficiency.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance its reputation and visibility.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their development.
  14. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
