- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies that align with UBS values and local labor laws
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in Poland
- Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters in Poland, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and implement fair and consistent processes for handling employee relations cases
- Conduct regular trainings for managers and employees on employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proactively identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering a culture of mutual respect, diversity, and teamwork
- Provide guidance and support to managers in managing employee performance and addressing performance concerns
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee relations and incorporate them into UBS policies and practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Extensive Knowledge Of Polish Labor Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees And Management At All Levels.
