• Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies that align with UBS values and local labor laws
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in Poland
• Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters in Poland, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and implement fair and consistent processes for handling employee relations cases
• Conduct regular trainings for managers and employees on employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices
