- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy for UBS Asset Management in the Americas region.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and senior leadership, to align on marketing objectives and priorities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Define and manage the budget for channel marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and measurable ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and third-party vendors to support marketing efforts and expand reach.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, presentations, and event materials.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase product distribution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in marketing, and incorporate new strategies and technologies into UBS-AM's marketing approach.
- Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive business growth.
- Represent UBS-AM at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the company's products and services.
- Uphold UBS's brand standards and messaging in all marketing materials and communications.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with other regions and global teams to share best practices and ensure consistency and alignment across UBS-AM's marketing efforts.
Extensive Experience In Channel Marketing: A Successful Head Of Americas Channel Marketing At Ubs-Am Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Channel Marketing, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Effective Marketing Strategies For A Diverse Range Of Products And Services.
