We are currently seeking a Head of Americas Channel Marketing for our UBS Asset Management division. This critical role will be responsible for driving the channel marketing strategy and execution across the Americas region, in order to maximize the distribution of UBS-AM products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, financial services, and leadership, and be passionate about delivering results and driving business growth.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy for UBS Asset Management in the Americas region.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and senior leadership, to align on marketing objectives and priorities.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  5. Define and manage the budget for channel marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and measurable ROI.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and third-party vendors to support marketing efforts and expand reach.
  7. Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, presentations, and event materials.
  8. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase product distribution.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in marketing, and incorporate new strategies and technologies into UBS-AM's marketing approach.
  10. Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive business growth.
  12. Represent UBS-AM at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the company's products and services.
  13. Uphold UBS's brand standards and messaging in all marketing materials and communications.
  14. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  15. Collaborate with other regions and global teams to share best practices and ensure consistency and alignment across UBS-AM's marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Channel Marketing: A Successful Head Of Americas Channel Marketing At Ubs-Am Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Channel Marketing, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Effective Marketing Strategies For A Diverse Range Of Products And Services.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Their Goals And Drive Results.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Americas Market: The Head Of Americas Channel Marketing Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Americas Market, Including The Local Business Landscape, Client Needs, And Market Trends.
