- Support the administration and operations of investment funds, including but not limited to processing transactions, monitoring fund performance, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company, such as finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to investment fund administration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in fund administration.
- Communicate with fund managers and external service providers to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of fund transactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all fund activities and transactions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in investment fund administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Investment Fund Administration And Financial Markets
Previous Experience In A Similar Role Or Internship In The Financial Industry
Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Reporting Software
