- Conduct onboarding processes for corporate and institutional clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing timely and accurate updates
- Collaborate with various internal departments, such as legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
- Maintain a thorough understanding of UBS products and services to effectively communicate and educate clients on available solutions
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the onboarding process
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to onboarding procedures
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing onboarding processes to enhance the client experience
- Foster strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships and identify potential cross-selling opportunities
- Provide support and training to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data security.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of International Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Clients And Colleagues From Diverse Cultures And Backgrounds.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
