  1. Develop and implement strategies and procedures for identifying and mitigating financial crime risks within the asset management department.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews and investigations of potential financial crime activities, including fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  4. Utilize data analysis and risk assessment techniques to identify potential red flags and suspicious activities.
  5. Conduct ongoing monitoring and due diligence of clients and their transactions to identify any potential risks or concerns.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to financial crime prevention and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Prepare and present reports on financial crime prevention initiatives and activities to senior management.
  8. Respond to inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies and law enforcement regarding financial crime matters.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on financial crime prevention and detection.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of financial crime prevention measures.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial crime investigations and remediation efforts.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues and team members on financial crime prevention matters.
  13. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
  14. Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential financial crime risks to the appropriate authorities.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information related to financial crime investigations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Crime Prevention Or Asset Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) And Know Your Customer (Kyc) Regulations.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
