Knowledge of current and emerging regulations and ability to apply them to the business context is essential. Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify financial crime risks in UBS’s global operations.
- Analyze current and emerging regulations and assess their applicability to the business.
- Develop and implement financial crime risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on financial crime compliance activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on financial crime risk management.
- Assist in the development of strategies to prevent and detect financial crime.
- Support audits and investigations related to financial crime.
- Work with other departments to identify, mitigate, and respond to financial crime risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial crime regulations and trends.
