  1. Conduct financial reporting activities in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory bodies in a timely manner.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial reporting regulations and make necessary updates to reporting processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
  6. Identify and communicate any potential risks or issues related to financial reporting.
  7. Maintain documentation and records of financial reporting processes and procedures.
  8. Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  9. Assist with audits and regulatory examinations related to financial reporting.
  10. Provide guidance and training to team members on financial reporting regulations and requirements.
  11. Continuously improve financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders and address any inquiries or concerns related to financial reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial And Regulatory Reporting, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Regulations, Including Gaap And Sec Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Identify Potential Issues Or Discrepancies.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Reporting Requirements, Such As Fr Y-9C, Ffiec 041, And Call Reports, As Well As Experience Working With Regulatory Agencies Such As The Federal Reserve And Fdic.
