- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors to provide excellent service to institutional clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team and individual performance goals.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any performance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within UBS to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in institutional benefits to ensure the team is well-informed and able to provide relevant and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the team's client base and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Represent UBS and the Institutional Benefits division at industry events and conferences.
- Provide strategic input and suggestions to senior management to drive continuous improvement within the division.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal team performance and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador for UBS, promoting the company's values and mission to clients and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In The Institutional Benefits Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Financial Advisors.
Expertise In Institutional Benefits Products, Services, And Regulations.
