- Identify and develop potential financial advisors for the Wealth Advice Center.
- Provide top-notch financial advice and support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on financial markets and products to effectively train and educate new advisors.
- Collaborate with other team members to create training materials and programs for new advisors.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate potential advisors' skills and qualifications.
- Mentor and coach new advisors to help them achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for new advisors to thrive in.
- Monitor and track the progress and development of new advisors.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner to potential candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the training and development programs for new advisors.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on the performance and potential of new advisors.
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new advisors into the team.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the success of new advisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Markets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Services Or Sales, Preferably In Wealth Management Or Financial Advising.
Series 7 And 66 Licenses (Or Willingness To Obtain Within A Specified Time Frame).
