- Utilize design thinking methodologies to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors in order to create innovative and seamless digital experiences for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital transformation initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Research, analyze, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate the user experience and align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and target audience in order to design effective and user-friendly digital solutions.
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach and educate others on the importance of user experience in digital transformation.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design into the final product.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and utilize them to enhance the company's digital offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador for UBS, representing the company's values and mission in all digital designs and interactions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing Digital Solutions For Large Organizations, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proficient In Design Thinking Methodologies And User-Centered Design Principles.
Strong Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Potential Impact On Digital Transformation.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
