ETF & Mutual Fund Product Management and Due Diligence - AD/DI

1. Develop and manage UBS's ETF and mutual fund offerings, ensuring they align with the company's overall investment strategies.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential ETF and mutual fund products to determine their viability and suitability for UBS's clients.
3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market developments related to ETFs and mutual funds.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, sales, and marketing, to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
5. Monitor the performance of existing ETF and mutual fund products and make recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
6. Build and maintain relationships with external fund managers and other industry professionals to stay informed on new product offerings and market developments.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on product offerings and market insights.
8. Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all ETF and mutual fund products meet regulatory requirements.
9. Analyze and interpret data and market research to identify potential growth opportunities for UBS's ETF and mutual fund offerings.
10. Train and mentor junior team members on product management and due diligence processes and best practices.
11. Collaborate with other departments within UBS to ensure a seamless and efficient product development and management process.
12. Represent UBS at industry events and conferences to promote and raise awareness of our ETF and mutual fund offerings.
13. Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to ensure UBS's ETF and mutual fund offerings remain competitive in the market.
14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of due diligence processes, product performance, and market research.
15. Uphold UBS's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of the role.
