- Conduct thorough research and due diligence on ETF and mutual fund products, including performance analysis, risk assessment, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, industry trends, and client needs to inform product development and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
- Identify and assess new product opportunities, including evaluating potential partnerships and conducting feasibility studies.
- Monitor and track the performance of existing products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Work closely with external fund managers and internal stakeholders to evaluate and negotiate product fees, structures, and features.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and materials to effectively communicate product updates and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to ETF and mutual fund products.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams in promoting and positioning products to clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to product management and due diligence, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to build a high-performing team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed about the latest developments and innovations in the ETF and mutual fund space.
Strong Knowledge Of Etf And Mutual Fund Products: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Different Types Of Etfs And Mutual Funds, Including Their Structure, Performance Metrics, And Regulatory Requirements.
Experience In Product Management: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record In Managing Etf And Mutual Fund Products, Including Product Development, Pricing, And Positioning. Experience In Conducting Market Analysis And Creating Product Strategies Is Also Desirable.
Due Diligence Expertise: Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Conducting Due Diligence On Investment Products, Including Evaluating Investment Strategies, Risk Management Procedures, And Performance History. Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Is Also Crucial.
Financial Acumen: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Investment Principles, And Portfolio Management. Familiarity With Various Asset Classes And Investment Styles Is Also Desirable.
