  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for exchange-traded derivatives (ETD) products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their unique needs and goals.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively present and explain ETD products and services to clients.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as research and trading, to provide clients with comprehensive and tailored solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes related to ETD products.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns raised by clients.
  9. Communicate and negotiate with clients to close sales and secure long-term relationships.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  11. Represent UBS at industry events and conferences to promote our ETD products and services.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members to drive their professional growth and development.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and enhance sales processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements in the sales process.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Derivatives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Series 7 And 63 Securities Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Timeframe.
