- Conduct thorough research and analysis of ESG factors to identify potential risks and opportunities within our investment strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to integrate ESG considerations into investment decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain ESG policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on current ESG trends and best practices in the financial industry.
- Communicate and present ESG findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external ESG organizations and experts to stay informed on emerging ESG issues and trends.
- Conduct regular ESG performance evaluations and report findings to management.
- Assist in the development of ESG-related marketing and communication materials.
- Support the development and implementation of ESG training programs for employees.
- Represent the company at ESG-related events and conferences.
- Monitor and track ESG-related metrics and data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other analysts and teams to identify and address any potential conflicts between ESG considerations and financial performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ESG matters and provide guidance to colleagues and clients as needed.
- Uphold the company's values and commitment to ESG principles and practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve ESG processes and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Environmental, Social, And Governance (Esg) Principles And Practices.
Experience In Financial Analysis And Research, Preferably In The Esg Sector.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients, Colleagues, And Stakeholders On Esg-Related Topics.
