In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your focus will be on developing and implementing training programs to enhance our advisors' skills and knowledge, as well as fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration.   1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of financial advisors.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for financial advisors.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor and track the progress and development of financial advisors through performance metrics and feedback.
  6. Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration among financial advisors through team building activities and initiatives.
  7. Act as a liaison between financial advisors and management to ensure clear communication and understanding of expectations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
  9. Provide ongoing support and guidance to financial advisors to enhance their performance and reach their full potential.
  10. Build strong relationships with financial advisors to understand their individual training needs and provide personalized support.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and deliver comprehensive training materials.
  12. Utilize various training methodologies, such as e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching, to cater to different learning styles.
  13. Communicate and reinforce company policies, procedures, and values to financial advisors through training initiatives.
  14. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  15. Continuously seek feedback from financial advisors and management to improve training and engagement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Wealth Management Industry: A Successful Engagement And Training Coordinator At Ubs Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Wealth Management Industry, Including Industry Trends, Products And Services, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Clients, Financial Advisors, And Other Stakeholders, Making Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships.

  • Experience In Training And Development: The Engagement And Training Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Conducting Training Sessions And Developing Training Materials, So Experience In Training And Development Is A Must.

  • Organizational And Project Management Skills: As The Engagement And Training Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Coordinating And Organizing Multiple Training Events And Initiatives, Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
