- Conduct thorough due diligence investigations on potential clients, partners, and business opportunities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze and evaluate financial statements, transactions, and other relevant information to identify potential risks and assess the overall integrity of business operations.
- Collaborate with various teams, including legal, risk management, and compliance, to gather information and make informed decisions on potential risks.
- Develop and maintain internal due diligence procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in investigations.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of due diligence investigations and findings.
- Identify and escalate any red flags or potential compliance issues to the appropriate teams for further action.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance due diligence processes.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Due Diligence, Risk Management, Or Compliance
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Aml, Kyc, And Gdpr
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Working With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
