• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
• Identify training needs and create programs that address skill gaps and promote career growth for employees at all levels
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand their training needs and develop tailored programs to support their teams
• Lead a team of trainers and facilitators to deliver high-quality training programs to employees globally
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by developing and promoting opportunities for employees to expand their skills and knowledge
• Build and maintain relationships with external training providers to offer a variety of development opportunities to employees
• Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development
• Collaborate with HR and other key stakeholders to identify and develop top talent for leadership roles within the organization
• Develop and manage the training and development budget to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and effectively
